The Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund announced the fifth installment of the "Sakani" program for 2018, with a total of 21612 subsidized loans and housing units and land free, distributed throughout the Kingdom, within the objectives of the program during the current year, amounting to 300 thousand products, for a total number during the first five months 105174 residential and financing option.
During the press conference held on Monday in Jeddah, the ministry explained the details of the fifth installment and its geographical distribution, noting that this batch includes the allocation of 8115 housing units under construction "off-plan sale", in partnership with the real estate developers, distributed in Makkah Region 7279, Eastern Province 836, and the free land of 5197 lands on six region including 773 land in Riyadh, 749 land in Al-Qassim area, 2208 in the Eastern Province, 610 in Asir, 749 in the northern borders region and 108 in Al-Jawf.
The installment also includes 8300 mortgage loans from the Real Estate Development Fund in partnership with banks and financial institutions distributed across all regions of the Kingdom, including 2189 in Riyadh, 1346 in Makkah, 706 in AL Madinah, 724 in Al Qassim, 1015 in the Eastern Province, 609 in Asir, 9999 in Tabuk, 308 in Ha'il, 234 in North borders, 169 in Jizan, 311 in Najran, 162 in Al Baha, 228 in Al Jawf.
Al-Bati: "Sakani" projects continue to accommodate the wishes of beneficiaries.
The CEO of the National Housing Company, Eng. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Bati said that the "sakani" program is continuing to announce the reservation exhibitions in different regions of the Kingdom to meet the wishes of the beneficiaries, noting that today and during the press conference 5 real estate developers signed with housing to implement 4 projects in Makkah , and a project in the province of Jubail.
He revealed that the "sakani" program this year aims to announce seven new projects in the province of Jeddah, including two projects on the territory of the ministry in the Prince Fawaz neighborhood, and the north of Jeddah, and five projects on the territory of the private sector in a number of sites, providing more than 50 thousand housing units vary between villas,town House, and apartments, while bookings are currently ongoing in six housing projects in the cities of Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah with a total of more than 15 thousand housing units.
He pointed out that during the last period, about 60 thousand housing units have been announced under construction "off-plan sale", where the number of reservations in these projects exceeded 40%, and there are more than 4 thousand housing units ready 70% of it has been reserved. He added: "In the coming period, we intend to continue to hand over all ready-made projects whose reservations have been completed. The program continues to offer a variety of options to beneficiaries through the launching of reservations exhibitions for housing Units projects under construction., distributed throughout the Kingdom. "
Al Amoudi: Real Estate Fund is keen to overcome obstacles to beneficiaries.
For his part, the General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Fund, Khaled bin Mohammed Al Amoudi, stressed the continuation of the Fund in providing its services to the beneficiaries in the waiting lists by providing the appropriate financing options for them. He pointed out that during the last period an interactive campaign was launched in 14 shopping mall in different regions and cities of the Kingdom, Has attracted visitors and interest in avail themselves of the services of the Fund.
He pointed out that the Fund has launched several programs and initiatives to facilitate the acquisition of mortgage loans and citizens own the adequate housing, including the announcement of the self-building product, providing support to beneficiaries with existing mortgage financing, and the possibility of expediting access to it by visiting the Fund's website.
Al Amoudi pointed out that, in order to serve all beneficiaries, the Board of Directors approved the extension for citizens who have been already approved on their applications 10 years ago and less, for one year starting from the 26th of the coming Shawwal.
The Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund called on citizens to visit the sakani.housing.sa portal for a list of names for this month, as well as visit the Housing Subsidy Portal (eskan.gov.sa) and the e-portal of the Real Estate Development Fund (redf.gov.sa), to complete the necessary procedures, update the data and get approve on the product.
