14/1/1439 -on- 04/10/2017Al-Mubarak express his thanks to the wise leadership for appointing him as governor of the "Real Estate General Authority".
His Excellency the Governor of the Real Estate General Authority, Mr. Essam bin Hamad Al-Mubarak, offered his sincere and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense-May Allah preserve both of them-will hold a royal trust by appointing him as Governor of the Real Estate General Authority , and beseeched God the Almighty ,give him succour and grant him good fortune, May he achieved the aspirations of the wise leadership of our dear homeland.
 
He expressed his honor and proud of the precious royal trust which motivates him to make further efforts to service the country, appreciating at the same time the trust and support of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority, HE Minister of Housing Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, beseeched God the Almighty, give him succour in his new mission.
 
Al Mubarak stressed his keenness to achieve the aspirations of the leadership in the real estate sector and to pursue its ambitious vision of organizing and providing the environment for this vital sector, and to move ahead with confident strides that will strengthen the kingdom's status globally.
 
Al Mubarak is the former General Secretary of the National Competency Assessment Authority, which has held a number of leadership positions, most notably his work as a trade attaché to the Kingdom in Geneva, general manager of foreign trade and an adviser to the Minister of Commerce and industry,assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, then Undersecretary of the Ministry of Trade and Investment for Foreign Trade. He was appointed Secretary General of the Saudi Export Development Authority, in addition to his chairmanship of several councils, events and internal and international committees.
