The "Developmental Housing" Program of the Ministry of Housing signed an agreement to build residential units with MCC to provide adequate housing units for the most needy families, according to the needs of each region of the Kingdom.
The agreement was signed in the presence of the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, between the General Supervisor of Developmental Housing and Real Estate Organization Eng. Mazen Al Daoud and the Director of Construction Projects at "MCC" Liu Shi Yan. The two sides agreed to work together to build new housing units in 12 cities and governorate in four cities, which is part of the first phase of the construction plan for housing developmental, which will be followed by other projects to cover more areas through agreements in the final stages of declaration.
The option of building as one of the "Developmental Housing " options, to provide a variety of housing options that suited the needs of each family and the sites inhabited by families, in addition to other options, including the provision of housing units from the market, as well as units of the Ministry of housing ready and available in a number of regions of the Kingdom.
The "Developmental Housing " program, which is part of the first phase of construction projects, will cover four regions of the Kingdom (Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah and AlQassim). Construction will start immediately in 14 locations across 12 governorates of the Kingdom. (Al-Zulfi, Thadig, Al-Kharj, Rabigh, Yanbu, Henakiyah and AN Nabhaniyah).
