"Idle Lands" allocates 100 million of its revenues to the " Ha'il housing " project.

The "Idle Lands" program of the Ministry of Housing disclosed the allocation of SR100 million to complete the implementation and delivery of infrastructure services in the "Ha'il Housing" project in Hail city, indicating that this amount represents part of the program revenues collected from fees levied on white land within Urban growth in cities under the regime in its first phase.

 

The program clarified in a press statement today that the fifteenth article of the executive regulation of the idle lands tax system states that the amounts collected are disposed to develop infrastructure projects according to the following text: "The Ministry shall determine the disbursement aspects from the account of the amounts of fees and fines collected on housing projects, delivery of public utilities and the provision of public services. "

 

The program confirmed that the ministry has an integrated plan to allocate the revenues collected from fees in the development of infrastructure projects and the delivery of public services in a number of projects under the Ministry of Housing, where will be in the coming period to follow up on the need in a number of residential projects, The establishment of power stations and the delivery of electricity and water services, treatment plants, and other services required by such projects.

The total amount allocated from the revenues of the land fees for residential projects amounted to about 450 million riyalsThe Ministry of Finance has announced the allocation of 100 million riyals of revenues to the "Al-'Uyayna Housing Project" in the Riyadh region, which is the first project to be allocated by benefiting from the white lands fees program, as well as the allocation of SR138 million for the " Unizah Housing " project in the Qassim region, and SR 92 million for the " AlDawadmi housing" project in Riyadh.

 

The Ha'il Housing project is located on an area of 2,499,160 million square meters. The project offers 1040 villas ready for delivery in a fully serviced project, gardens and green areas.The "Idle Lands" program is one of the Ministry of Housing programs announced in 2016 and is implemented in the first phase in Riyadh, Jeddah and the capital of Dammam and Makkah. Total payment orders in the four cities were about 2500 payment orders for a total area of more than 411 million square meters.
