27/4/1440 -on- 04/01/2019"Sakani" hand over for a number of citizens their free lands in "Al Henakiyah".

The "sakani" program of the Ministry of Housing has continued to hand over a number of free residential land to the programs' beneficiaries in Al Henakiyah region, which was allocated to them in the last monthly installments of the program. In the presence of Al Henakiyah Governor Rashid bin Abdullah Al Qahtani, as part of what the ministry provided within the program "sakani" to allocate 75 thousand free land during 2018.

Where 140 citizens have received their free lands in the Al Hanakiyah region of the Al Medina city, in a fully developed scheme, including 410 residential land, with an area of 500 m 2 per a lot.

This step is in continuation of the delivery of the free land and housing units in the various cities and provincial, which benefited the various categories according to the wishes of the beneficiaries in the housing subsidy portal, which represents 27% of the total housing and financing options provided to the beneficiaries by the program. The "sakani" program have exceeded in his first phase and second its target of the lands which includes all regions of the Kingdom in various provinces and centers, where he announced within two years to dedicated 157,269 free lands in more than 55 provinces and cities in different regions of the Kingdom.

In early 2017, the Ministry of Housing announced the launch of the first phase of the "sakani" program, during which more than 282,000 housing and finance products were allocated. During the last year, the Ministry of Housing announced the launch of the second phase of the 2018 program, which aims to allocate 300,000 products, the total amount allocated up to the 12th installment reached more than 300,495 housing and financing options which achieves 100% of the 2018 target.
